The Possessioni Bianco combines tradition and modernity in a very authentic way. The ingredients for this are the Venetian vineyards, a historic winery, local grapes and the right know-how. All of this has been passed down over the centuries. This is also the case with the Serego winery Alighieri, which produces this wonderful wine. It is part of the Masi Estates.
An interplay of grape varieties
The Possessioni Bianco combines the intense aromas of the international Sauvignon Blanc grape variety with the elegance of the local Garganega variety. The wine shines in the glass in a pale straw yellow with light copper reflections. Its intensely fruity nose smells of peaches and pears. The good acidity and captivating freshness are revealed on the palate. The taste of pears is complemented by citrus peel and subtle spices. This is followed by the long finish with an almond note that is characteristic of Garganega. With these properties, the wine is wonderfully suited as an accompaniment to antipasti, fish dishes or as an excellent aperitif.
