The production of Sauvignon Blanc from Weingut Knipser
The grapes for this wine come from selected vineyards and are selected by hand in two stages. After destemming, cold maceration takes place overnight in the absence of oxygen. The temperature-controlled fermentation at 19°C in stainless steel tanks contributes to the creation of a fine and elegant type of Sauvignon Blanc.
The bright straw yellow in the glass reveals an elegance on the nose, with complex notes of citrus fruits, apples and green gooseberries. There are also impressive impressions of elderflower as well as herbal and nettle nuances. On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc impresses with a fruity, fresh note, animating acidity and a herbal, lemon-fresh finish.
