Matured mainly in Bourbon Barrels (200 litre casks) with a small influence of ex-Sherry Butts (500 litre casks), Machir Bay is a classic malt - heavily smoky and peaty with balanced vanilla flavours, tropical fruits and a lovely sweetness in the background.
