Aroma: Sweet malt, biscuit, creamy with a distinctly strong floral note with juniper or coriander. A little water releases countless herbal and perfume-like aromas, such as juniper, coriander, damp forest, pine needles, nettles and mint. Notes of candied cherries, chestnuts and gentle wood smoke follow.

Geschmack: A peppery, lively taste suddenly unfolds: peppermint, menthol, eucalyptus, pine, tree resin, angelica root, bitter orange with a little aromatic wood smoke. Bittersweet aromas of oak tannins with oily vanilla and a little anise continue the forest taste stroll.

Abgang: Long and persistent with sparkling citrus notes of oranges and lemons as well as oak.
